A bedroom is a place where people expect to rest
peacefully, after a long day’s hard work. Hence, it is the desire of every
person to beautify the bedroom, according to the choice of the people sleeping
there.
It is a common custom to keep flowers in the bedroom, to refresh the
atmosphere with sweet scents, for which the attractive glass vase is the primary choice in many households.
Different
types of glass vases used in bedrooms
- Colors chosen for the vase – The glass vases are available in various colors
in the market. So generally, the color of the vase is chosen according to
the color scheme used in the bedroom. Usually, a contrast color to that of
the colors used in the furnishings appears to be more attractive. As the
glass is a shiny material, deep shades look more vibrant in these glass
vases.
- Size and shape of the vase – The glass vases
are available in various shapes and sizes, but all cannot be used for the
bedroom décor. If enough spaces are available at any corner of the room,
long and cylindrical or elliptical vase can be placed there, for holding
flowers with long stems. But small-sized glass vases may be kept safely
over the shelves or on the dressing table, which may look like a bowl or a
cute bottle that can hold only a few flowers.
- Designs used on the vases – There are many extrinsic
designs created over each glass flower vase, which make these vases to
appear more beautiful and charming. Usually, these designs are made of
contrast colors, to the base colors of the vases. Mostly, glass painting
is used for creating these designs, but some designs are inbuilt while
manufacturing the glass. Generally, the abstract designs are widely
applied over the glass surface of these vases, as these are easier to
create on this material.
- Costs of the vases – There are huge varieties of
vases available in the market, as per their costs. Though quite cheap
vases are also available, it is better to buy the moderately priced ones,
so that good quality items can be purchased; if it is not possible for the
buyer to afford too costly glass vases.
